Paddle Time Kayaks, LLC is a seasonal and part-time mobile kayak company based in Shark River, NJ.

Services are scheduled on Saturday and Sunday at high tide, weather permitting.

We are reservation-based and always dependent on good Weather & Winds.

We deliver our premium sit-on-top recreation kayaks to the river-side in Shark River Hills, Monmouth County, New Jersey, which is an active coastal community within Neptune Township. A few times each season we travel to the Asbury Park Boat Launch at Deal Lake for pre-planned events.

We are kind people, stewards of the environment, and we are excited about all things paddlesports. One of our favorite summertime activities is recreational kayaking on Shark River and we want to share that with our community and visitors alike.

Since 2018, we bring convenience to kayaking. Leave the hassle to us!

Our concierge-like rental services are well worth it. We get you set up, we prepare you for your adventure with equipment and applicable knowledge, double check the winds and weather and off you go!

ARE YOU INTERESTED TO LEARN MORE ABOUT KAYAKING?

WE ARE ACA LEVEL 2 CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS.

Participants should know how to swim or at the very least must be comfortable floating in the water. When someone is not comfortable floating in the water, kayaking is not advisable.

Kayaks can flip over and you’ll become what we call a “swimmer”. If this worries you, kayaking may not be for you.

Kids age 6 and up are welcome in our tandem (two person) kayak with an adult. We require kids under 10 to team up with an adult in our tandem kayak. Please call if you have questions about this policy.
